"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "Чисто, за 4 дня комнату убирали, меняли полотенца. Семья из 3-х взрослых человек - хотелось бы чтобы была третья полноразмерная кровать, а не раскладное кресло: возможно для ребёнка это подошло бы, но взрослому это не комфортно. И ещё маленькое замечание: в номер приносили воду на двоих - приходилось ходить брать самим, а так же чайные/кофейные наборы не пополнялись. Завтраки неплохие, единственное пожелание: хотелось бы чтобы присутствовал кипяток, а не только термосы с чаем и кофе. Кроме этого впечатление в целом хорошее. "
