"Чисто, за 4 дня комнату убирали, меняли полотенца. Семья из 3-х взрослых человек - хотелось бы чтобы была третья полноразмерная кровать, а не раскладное кресло: возможно для ребёнка это подошло бы, но взрослому это не комфортно. И ещё маленькое замечание: в номер приносили воду на двоих - приходилось ходить брать самим, а так же чайные/кофейные наборы не пополнялись. Завтраки неплохие, единственное пожелание: хотелось бы чтобы присутствовал кипяток, а не только термосы с чаем и кофе. Кроме этого впечатление в целом хорошее. "

"I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing!
The staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batumi!"
