「Bills place is a great spot. It is exactly as advertised. The location and everything provided is great for a group of guys on a fishing trip. The only downside for a group of more than 3 or 4 is that it only has one bathroom and everything is on the second or third floor. Bill is a great host and is extremely helpful.」

「 Very deceiving listing after staying many times in POC. Second bed was a loft with barely any headspace. Any person with disabilities would be unable to access. No dining table! Not even a small table or end table so impossible to have a meal with any measure of comfort. Lack of items always available through VRBO, such as paper towels, indicative of poor host. Unpleasant stay」

「The place was family friendly. The stairwell going to the upstairs bedrooms could use more light for safety reasons. Also working TV’s in all the bedrooms not just the king size bedroom. Overall a fun time was had by all.」
