Overall is good, but outside is noisy.

Great location as well as very clean and affordable!

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located. I look forward to staying here again.
