Our 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Spacious, clean. Staff was so helpful. Daily texts to make sure we had everything we needed and all was going well. Fantastic location. Highly recommend Smithe House!

Hotel and room quite nice regardless of construction. Front desk staff friendly and helpful but breakfast staff seemed not interested in helping when interacted with. Breakfast was good.

We always love staying at the Fairmont and have had great experiences in the past. This time, however, there seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. Our room ended up having a city view and a regular shower instead of the harbour and mountain view with the hot tub that we were expecting. We still enjoyed our stay, but we definitely missed the view and amenities this time.
