Great location

This property was located beautifully and the views were stunning. Building works were in progress and it would have been nice if they were finished, properly.. There was room for us all and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen could have been better with just some added basics like salt and pepper. The bathrooms were well appointed but could have had better quality toiletries. The water is very hard and the soap etc just did not work, We used our own. The electric blinds were a nightmare because I struggled to get them to roll up straight. The property managers were great and so was the maintenance man I met on the last day there.

We loved Aquamist. We rented units 4 & 5 as we were a party of four adults, my mother, my adult son and my husband and I. The ground floor unit has a large, well equipped kitchen and sitting area, with one bedroom and ensuite, which was perfect for my mother and for all of us to socialise, cook and eat in. Theres a beautiful view straight out on to the beach which is usually safe for swimming (without being monitored by life guards), and a concrete deck outside thats shared with whoever is renting unit 3, and steps leading down from the garden to the beach. The upper floor has three bedrooms but a smaller seating area and kitchen (no dishwasher), with two bathrooms, one an ensuite to the master. Everything worked really well in the house, although we did have trouble getting in as the key lock was very difficult to open, but the agent was very helpful and came to the house to help us gain access. Aquamist is in a perfect location, a short walk along the beach gets you to the surf club for coffees and snacks and the drive into town or the golf club is five minutes. We loved the house, especially the top quality fit out and beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and the good amount of space. Very luxurious. Highly recommend!
