This charming beach shack is the ideal spot for a family getaway, complete with the kids and your furry friend. Offering a spacious undercover entertainer’s deck, this outdoor area acts as an extension of the living space, providing ample room for larger groups to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property also boasts a brand-new bathroom and a nearly new kitchen, ensuring you have all the comforts of home, just a short walk from the beautiful Boomer Beach. Drift off to sleep each night with the soothing sounds of the ocean in the background.
The Space
This beach house features three cozy bedrooms: the master with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a queen bed plus a set of single bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups. The spacious lounge room, separate dining area, and expansive outdoor deck with a BBQ provide plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing.
You’re just a short stroll from the charming town of Port Elliot, where you can explore local cafes, boutique shops, or take a leisurely walk along the cliff-top ocean track leading to Knights Beach and Horseshoe Bay. The region also offers wonderful wineries where you can enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the scenic views. With so much to see and do, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy during your stay.
The fully enclosed yard ensures a safe space for both your children and pets to run around freely.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet waste from the property grounds.
To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
If extra cleaning and/or damages are found to be caused by your pet, you will incur an additional charge. The associated costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.
Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
