The room was clean. The staff were do helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking on site, rooms were nice and well appointed. The pool had lots of different areas - good for kids as it is shallow. Breakfast was OK - standard continental. Would have been disappointed if we had paid $25 for it - it was included with our stay. Overall oyr stay was fantastic value for money.

Great stay!! Staff were helpful, room was lovely and pools were so good! Breakfast was just the job and the gym was good too. Liked the feeling of being in a hotel but left alone and not bothered by housekeeping, concierge etc. Being independent in our apart/rooms but using all the facilities felt perfect :D

Overall average stay. Will note that the room could have been cleaner. We was placed next to room that had work being done and our amenities were empty upon arriving to the room such as conditioner and shampoo as well as the balcony being dirty. As noted by the hotel they only change your pool and normal bathroom towels every 4 days I would bare this in mind when booking as you don’t feel very clean during your experience especially if visiting in the unpredictable weather. Apart from that the staff were extremely friendly especially the lady on reception and the pool bar and staff were great. Good experience overall if looking for a budget friendly stay.

The pool was unique. We didn't swim but it was nice to look at from our ground floor room. The front desk was very helpful giving us directions to the beach, restaurants. The room above us was noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture and lasted for about an hour 9-10 PM. It would be nice if they served breakfast at 6 PM. We had an early snorkel trip.

This is our second time staying here. Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room this time, as well as some aspects of the room felt like it was falling apart. Location and staff were good.

Loved the pool and bar area, even though one of the spas wasn't working. Loved that the property is nice and quiet and our room had everything for a self contained stay. The Air Conditioner and the ceiling vent in the bathroom could have been cleaned as these were quite dirty and gave the room a musty smell.
