A great, family friendly spot to base yourself for days out exploring Port Douglas. Very helpful staff, smooth check in and check out. A little bit dated but very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with the kids. An easy walk to the beach and a little further to town. Would stay again.

Really nice grounds and pool area. Large comfortable unit. Stove grill did not work, stove elements could not be turned down, range hood filthy, extractor fan in windowless bathroom did not work, decor needs a refurshment

Relaxing Stay We had another brilliant stay At The Mango Tree. Well positioned for the beach, shops and marina with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay, washing machine and tumble drier greatly appreciated! Excellent all round.

Wunderschön im „Regenwald“ gelegen. Das Appartement verfügt über zwei Etagen, zwei Schlafzimmer. Im Badezimmer hat es eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. Vor allem die Waschmaschine sollte dringend einer PROFESSIONELLEN REINIGUNG unterzogen werden! Kpche: Das Kochfeld verfügt über 4 Kochplatten, welche alle rostig waren. Die Schränke verströmten aufgrund des Alters einen abgelebten, unangenehmen Geruch, was mit Reinigen nicht beseitigt werden kann.

Praktisch und gut

Praktische Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre kommen, aber erfüllt ihren Zweck. Circa 16-20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Einkaufmeile in Port Douglas entfernt.

* Inside was not really clean it just had a strong urine odour on the chair covers. * I think the curtains needs washing and doona covers also. * Dog hairs on chairs. * Back patio needs cleaning * Upstairs patio needs cleaning

Good location, OK price, but poor condition

Very good location, reasonable price and friendly enough proprietors. However, our unit was old and badly in need of renovation. The inside had a pervasive smell; my wife thought is was cat's urine but I think it was probably it was from dampness. The facilities (which looked like they were from the 1970s) were old and in bad need of replacement: the washing machine would not complete the drain cycle, the door handle on the main bedroom kept jamming so we had to keep it open with a shoe, the hob heat could not be controlled. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Fantastic 2 bedroom unit close to 4 mile beach. Pool and bbq area was great as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property for an even better price! Love that there was a tennis court and pool! Beautiful back patio are, don’t think ‘lux’ but amazing for a family vaycay, especially if you have kids! Lovely owners!

Excellent location and facilities

Stayed in the town house. Easy check-in. Facilities were clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and Really enjoyed our stay here and the perfect location and stay that suited our travel needs. Would definitely recommend staying here especially with family.
