Location of hotel was much further from town than expected. TV had blurry reception. Pool was small and looked unhygienic. The water was stagnant. Customer service however was prompt and friendly.

Affordable Price, Awesome Experiences

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Am sure its enough to say how comfortable i am here. My dotter love the pool hotel for the pool. I love the hotel for the spa. My dotter and I is very particular about cleanliness hence, again, it is obvious how clean the hotel is. The food, omg i love them. The range and choice for a small hotel, is alot. I recommend people to stay here.

Fast check-in & out, fast reaction to customer requirement, and breakfast was nice as what we paid for. cons: 1) suspect previous customer smoking in room as room was with heavy smoky smell. 2) extra bed provided was simple floor mattress, it will be better in rollaway type, at least there's rack/shelf.

Comfortable room..

There was a problem with aircond and i informed to hotel staffs twice and its still hot. At 1:30am i complain again & they ask to change room. It’s okay and not a big problem as the room was only the next door. Thanks a lot to the staff who help me last night. Bath towel was bad. Thin & smelly. Foods was too hot as that my daughter couldn’t eat it. There’s not muh variety of food there. As my staying in executive suite, it was good enough for the size. Bath towel was really bad. Wifi was great. Path way from lift to the room was really hot with no aircond there. Swimming pool - I haven’t see it as i stay for work. So, for that, i give rating 4/5 for the hotel totally. Thanks a lot!

A typical local hotel

This is a typical local hotel with nothing much to be expected. My executive room / suite comes with a couch in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with jacuzzi but the lighting is way too dim. The bathroom is lit by 2 LED down/spot lights with plenty of dark corners. The rain shower is fix and the other movable shower head in is the jacuzzi. The room is packed typical long-time-no-one-stay fungi smell. Not quite sure where did the smell come from.

Nice Hotel

Guest Hotel and Spa is good value for a 3+ star hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's location is a bit isolated. The spa was excellent as well. All in all had a very enjoyable stay.
