We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall.
That was a miss as far as communication goes.
Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

We enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was ideal for our plans. Everything went smoothly, and we appreciated the overall comfort and atmosphere of the hotel.

Would have been 5 star except the pool was out of commission for our stay. Staff great, room comfortable and clean with a lovely view, location excellent. We enjoyed breakfast (had other plans for lunch and dinner this trip). Will definitely stay again.
