「Good customer service, clean units, close to wineries 」

「Very happy with the stay. We were there for a hockey tournament in Niagara. The property gave us lots of space for socializing together. The hot tub and pool were great. Ally even opened the pool early for us. Only thing that would have been better, there is a camera set up in the back yard, so was hard to feel totally comfortable as a private stay. Thanks for hosting us!」

「My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!」

「This property was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The only issues we ran into was that we had no hot water for the first night. Fortunately, the property owner was quick to respond and have someone come out and correct the issue, first thing in morning. Overall, it was a pretty great place and I would definitely go back.」

「A perfect little vacation rental beside Lake Erie and the Grand River. The cottage was comfortable had everything we needed, and Rui was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We noticed that a few reviews mentioned the WiFi, but we had no problems at all; the WiFi was fast and reliable! We’d definitely return to this lovely place!」

「This is the cutest wee animal sanctuary. Place was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was immediate and excellent. It is a bit rustic, but for me, i was very happy. Highly recommend and if we come back to the area definitely staying here. Close to everything. Niagra falls, niagra on the lake, Weiland locks, tulip farm all within 20- 30 min.」

「The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it).」
