  • Welcome to SUNSET MANOR! This waterfront property sits on a beautiful and spacious corner lot with all the amenities including a heated pool with a tranquil waterfall feature. The preserve across the way provides the ultimate private oasis. This is one of THE BEST views in all of Charlotte County! The house is located in a beautiful and quiet waterfront community - just a few miles from the beach, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and more. World-class Florida living at your fingertips!

    This spacious modern coastal-style oasis will serve as the perfect relaxing family getaway or home base for a family or a group of friends looking to escape to the Sunshine State!

    Hurricane Ian Update: there is minor exterior damage that is currently being repaired. The pool can be used and the interior was not affected. All utilities and internet are working.

Exactly as advertised and a little nicer than expected. Perfect place to get away and relax. Stump pass beach state park is a nice option within a 30 min drive, plenty of shopping options 10 minutes away, and would highly recommend kayaking at sunset from the dock!

Perfect getaway

Recently traveled to the Port Charlotte area to visit family and this was the perfect little oasis for me. I really enjoyed the views, and feeling like home when away from home.

Loved this place!

We had an amazing time. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing, and our kids had a blast. We will for sure be back.

Great location

We really love this location! Beautiful view, pretty private and a lovely home. The only draw back for us was the mildew smell in the home and the dogs next door.

Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, amenities and AC. Main bedroom superb with stunning views, the sunset is amazing and certainly reflects the house name. Dip pool and pontoon for fishing or chilling out. Owner very helpful

Beautiful home with an amazing view.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and enjoyable. There is a very nice game room the kids really enjoyed. If taking a boat the canal is a one way in and out access with minimal wake, it takes about 40/45 minutes to get to the bay. Still a great location to got out for fishing or to go to the beach side.

Our thoughts!

Our nearly 2-week stay was very nice with a very clean house in a great location. Due to the recent hurricane, there were some serious issues with the home on the outside (roof, pool, garage door) but the inside was in excellent condition. If I had one issue it was the TV provider ROKU which did not allow for live shows. Instead, everything we watched was from hours before and in snippets. This applied to almost all channels. If these issues are resolved we will definitely be back!

Fishing trip to Boca Grande

Very nice and clean home. Great layout for families. Kids loved the pool and screened in porch. Dock was nice for fishing.
