My few frustrations was being waken up by a building alarm at 4AM and nothing was actually happening, the bathroom not having shampoo, lotion and body wash. The dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Room was clean, so were the bed sheets, but room had a strange odor. Not bad but not pleasant either, just a weird odor. But the bed was very comfortable
