The Space:

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in Pearl Beach, right in the heart of Crystal Beach, close to the Big Store, restaurants, and shopping. You'll enjoy the smell of the salt air and sound of the waves from the furnished wraparound deck. There is also a screened-in patio area, for freedom from unwanted pests. And if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous home and lovely deck space, the beach is just a quick walk or ride away!



The open living/dining/kitchen space features beautiful coastal decor, comfortable seating for all, and a large TV for those relaxing post-beach evenings. The kitchen is well-stocked with all you need for preparing and serving meals, including a Keurig coffee maker that accommodates both single-serve cups and a carafe. Enjoy dining at the large kitchen island, as well as at the table for 6 (also perfect for game nights)! You'll find plenty of the comforts of home, including a full sized washer and dryer, games for the family, and high speed internet for your devices and the home's smart TVs.



With over 1500 square feet, The Skipper sleeps 12 comfortably. You will find a king bed in the primary suite, along with an ensuite bath. In the roomy second bedroom there are 2 queen beds. The bunk room offers 6 twin beds - great for the kids. All bedrooms have their own televisions.



When you see the fenced yard and downstairs entertaining area, all you will say is "Wow!" There are swings, picnic table, dining/card table with chairs, and a charcoal grill. You'll love the outdoor shower for rinsing off. And then there is the bar! It's a great enclosed area with TV, sink, and plenty of room to mix up and enjoy the perfect cocktails after a day spent in the sand 'n sun. With the added half bath downstairs, you won't even have to trek your sandy feet up to the house. Just imagine the memories you will make at The Skipper!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
