Spring break get away!

We had a great spring break and a beautiful place to stay along with it! The house had everything we needed and more, the kids were sad that we had to leave. Looking forward to coming back!

Great property!

We rented this house for a family weekend and it was a great property. Very clean, the location is wonderful in regards to beach access. Carinn is a great and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

This is a very nice, well set up small house just off the beach. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. October is a great time to visit since the weather is great and it’s not too crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Literally 1 house from beach which is ideal for families with young children. Plenty of room to host rest of family staying elsewhere. Bed arrangement was good for family.

Simply Amazing

The property is located almost water front with an amazing view and you can hear the waves crashing. Cabin was clean and cozy with a large deck outside to take in the view and relax. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great Spot

We had a great time. House is conveniently located right at the beach and is a short drive from all restaurants and activities. Very good location and nice house. Very clean and host is very attentive when checking in. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful place

We loved the house and the beach is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better week on the beach. We rented a golf cart for the last day, next time we will get it for the week- it was so fun to use to drive all up and down the beach. Loved this house, will for sure stay here again!!

Family birthday beach trip

This was my son's birthday weekend and his very first trip to the beach. We loved the beach and the property! The house was well maintained and had ample amenities. Only a very short walk down to the beach. 5 stars, and we will likely be back!

This is just a really beautifully outfitted unit. It’s especially great for those who like to cook, as the kitchen is the heart of the common area. Super close to the beach. Screened in porch is a bonus.

Wonderful Beach House!

We had such a great time at this beach house! It’s beautiful and clean, comfortable and provided plenty of room for our needs. Super close to the beach and the porches are large and amazing - perfect to take it all in. You won’t regret making the reservation. It’s super nice and you have very quick and lovely communication with the owner.

Great stay!

We stay at the beach every year, but this stay was our best one yet! From the location, to the views to the cleanliness, and to everything we needed being there at the cabin, from coffee, to detergent and cooking utensils, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! This location is everything, it’s not right on the beach but it’s just as close without paying the on the beach price. We will definitely be back here again!

Perfect weekend

Great location, house was well kept and maintained. My two nieces and I had. A wonderful relaxing weekend. Would recommend this area and property to anyone. I'm from KY usually go to Florida or Alabama. But not anymore. Loved the whole experience.

Girls weekend

Our overall stay was wonderful. The accommodations were nice. The house was clean. The views were great. The only thing I thought was a little weird was that there was expectations that us as guests who are staying for two nights that want to get away from the rat race and unwind and not have to clean and do laundry for them to have guests do those things after the guests have paid that fee. It doesn’t make any sense. That added some unnecessary stress to a very brief stay. Now, I’m on my way back home so I can do more laundry. Yay.

Great location

Unit was very clean and we loved the location. You can see the gulf from the front deck and hear the waves. We appreciate the soaps and detergents very much. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Only 2 tvs have satellite. The unit doesn’t come with some of the extra amenities that are pictured. All the boogie boards and sand toys were broken. The grill isn’t the same one pictured. We had trouble with the tv remote in the bunk room and couldn’t use it at all. The other bedroom wasn’t a smart tv or dvd player. Bring dvds for kids room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Oh the refrigerator is super cold and froze everything. Great for adult beverages not so good for fruit and veggies.
