Bedroom 3: 4 Twin Beds (Bunks) Full bath just outside of the room. Bedroom 4 (Loft): 4 Queen (Bunks) The top bunks are near the ceiling, very small children could sleep on the top bunk. Loft Queen over Queen bunk bed #1: 2 adults on the bottom bunk and 1 adult or 2 children on top bunk. Queen over Queen bunk bed #2: 2 adults on the bottom bunk and 1 adult or 2 children on top bunk

14-16 people depending on guest composition

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

No Pets allowed, no exceptions. Security cameras are used on the exterior of the home for security purposes. This includes points of ingress & egress including the driveway, exterior steps under, no partied and no spring breakers.

The communication with the host was quick and easy. The check in process was a breeze. The location and view was amazing minus the 2 transformers and powered lines running across the property. The house was very clean and still had the new home smell. We had a lot of teenage girls in my family for my daughters birthday, so that meant we had a lot of stuff to lug up those 3-4 flights of stairs, which was a workout. Everything we needed was there as far as utensils, coffee maker, towels, etc. the weather was perfect. Bring bug spray, the mosquitoes were terrible as soon as the sun went down so it made using the pool and middle deck area not as pleasant as it could have been. The water pressure in all of the showers was extremely low, whether using it one at a time or together, didn’t make a difference, but disappointing because they were huge and decorative beautiful showers. All that said, the location and sunset, weather, memories made it all worth it and I’d stay there again, but probably can’t because there was a big for sale banner across the back of the house.

I am so glad I found this home for our annual family vacation. Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing and lots of great memories were made! Plenty of room for our family and the amenities were wonderful, my grandson loved the pool and the hot tub was so nice after being at the beach all day. Literally steps from the beach, no crowds or traffic and plenty of parking.

This was an amazing house! Amazing location, super clean and the host was incredibly responsive to any needs! I would definitely stay here again! It was absolutely perfect for our group and the pool/hot tub was a great touch!
