Stunning Property - Amazing View

The house is everything we hoped for! It’s better than the pictures show and has all you need for a great weekend! Love the neighborhood, location and cleanliness of the whole area! The view was also perfect! Communication with the owner was top notch! We will book again!

My family stayed at this beach house in May and they absolutely loved it! -I was full mom duty sooo- but I thought I had already left a review, but wanted to make sure I did because this place was awesome! The house was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and tidy, even better than expected. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient and relaxing. The host was also fantastic! very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Already attempted to book again but she is occupied!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our annual family beach trip! Beautiful home with countless extras and very spacious for our group. This house was a dream! Large deck, partial cover, partial sun. The inside was amazing. Attention to details makes it perfect. Great starter basket, lots of seating, throws, and beautiful decor. Bathrooms large and clean. Will be coming back.

This is a great property. It is well stocked with kitchen, cleaning, and coffee supplies. It made for a very comfortable quick weekend. The host clearly communicated all of the check-in and check-out details and inner workings of the house.A perfect weekend getaway.

Beach getaway

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to the beach. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. The hammock was also an added bonus. Beautiful 3-day getaway.

All Around Excellence!!

This is our second time to stay in one of Jaclyn’s houses and both times were great. Summer Luvin is beautiful and offers incredible views of the ocean. The house was so clean, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Beautiful home and Great Location

My family spent spring break here and loved it. The house was super clean and had plenty of space. 100 foot walk to the beach. Several restaurants nearby. You can order a golf cart just down the street.

Weekend get away

I took my daughter along with a handful of friends down for the weekend. The accommodations were very well put together, clean and an overall great experience. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone interested. I will definitely be back!

Girl’s weekend!

Beautiful home and great location! Well stocked kitchen and very clean! The weather wasn’t great so we stayed inside some of the weekend. Who would have thought that, after 35 years, we all loved working on puzzles! Well stocked for a rainy day!

Fantastic stay!

The house was beautiful and clean. The owners put a lot of thought in stocking the kitchen, we had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Balcony was amazing with a hammock looking out to the beach! My family had a wonderful time!

Stayed here for a bday and anniversary in the family. Hosts were very communicative. House is incredibly gorgeous. One of the best places we stayed in on Bolivar. Close to everything and steps from the beach. Would def stay again.
