CHECK-OUT: -Check-out time is by 11:00 am -Report any damage to the Manager -Remove sheets from each bed used and leave them on the floor by the bed -Start a load of towels.
-Take all personal items with you. -Turn on the dishwasher before you leave (OK if you start as you leave) -Turn the thermostat up to 75 in Summer and 65 in Winter

Our stay was amazing. The house was absolutely perfect as pictured. Just a few steps from the beach is a big plus. We stayed September 18-21 and had the beach all to ourselves. Everything about the house felt like home. I highly recommend staying here. David the host is very friendly. Just book it and you will not be sorry

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is in perfect condition and as close to the water as reasonably possible. Loved the comfy beds. Watched streaming movies each night on the large TV. Great wifi. Sat on the porch watching the birds and the waves. Will definitely go back!

The Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Upon our arrival, we were blown away by the ocean views in such a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The view doesn’t get any better than this. Beach right in front with beautiful sunrises. Clean, comfortable home with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The host had excellent communication. We hated to leave and look forward to staying here again.

Crystal Beach

This was a great place to getaway for a few days. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the Galveston area and I’m very impressed at the cleanliness of the beaches. This house was perfect and the deck was amazing for relaxing and listening to the waves. We will definitely return.

Great Stay!

This was our second year staying at this property. The views are amazing and the house is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this property. David, our host, was on top of communication with us. This year brought a lot of questions due to Francine making its way through the Gulf. We appreciate all of the help and advice he provided. Paradise!

We had a very special trip. Family time, beach, and memories that are made forever. It was perfect... everything you could need. All you had to bring were beach towels food and clothes. Views were perfect house was beautiful and spotless. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

Love the place and Location. Only problem is the youngest in our group was 70. Had a tough time getting our stuff upstairs. Be niece if we could get someone to use the lift when we arrive and leave.

Foggy Weather - Fun in the Sand anyway

Grandchildren were on break for Mardi Gras (they live in S. Louisiana) I tried to tell them that they wouldn't be able to swim the first week of March, but they insisted we go. We played games, cooked, made several trips down to the beach. There are a lot of stairs and didn't realize until we had hauled everything up that there was a lift. Sure made leaving easier. The house sounds small when you read the square footage, but it is very roomy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and freshly painted. Do no hesitate to stay here - can't beat the access to the beach.

Just the best place to stay in Bolivar!

We have stayed in Bolivar 3 times now. This is by far our best experience and accommodations. The communication with David was immediate and helpful. Even when our daughter forgot some items in a closet, David was on it right away.We like to leave properties as we find them if not better. We picked up blown in trash from the dunes without stepping in the dunes.We created a path to the beach to help us navigate us (and the neighbors) the best route to the beach, protecting the dunes. The house is well equipped. Everything you could possibly need. Beds are comfortable. The house was spotless.Most of our stay we have the beach, moonrises and sunsets to ourselves.We will make this place our new annual place to stay. Thank you David for making our stay perfect.
