Tons of space with 2 king beds, 3 full bunks, 2 twin bunks, and 3 full beds. We’ve got a travel crib and high chair for the little ones too. 2. Guest Limits & Events
🚫 Max 26 guests—no unregistered visitors.
🚫 No parties, large gatherings, or events. Respect our neighbors!
🚫 Quiet hours: 11 PM - 7 AM (keep outdoor noise low).
3. Stairs & Safety
⚠️ There are a lot of stairs—keep this in mind for kids or guests with mobility concerns.
4. Pets
🐾 Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Smoking & Fire Safety
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside—$500 fine.
6. Outdoor Areas & Entertainment Deck
🎯 Use games responsibly—return them where you found them. Please close TV and darts cabinets when not in use.
🛠 If anything breaks, let us know ASAP so we can fix it for the next guest.
7. Cleaning & Trash
🧹 Please treat the home with care—excessive mess may result in extra fees.
🗑 Please take out trash to exterior bings on the driveway.
8. Kitchen & Appliances
🍳 The kitchen is fully stocked—clean up after yourself and don’t leave food out (hello, Texas bugs!).
❄️ Keep fridge & freezer closed so everything stays cold.
9. Security & Respect
🔒 Lock doors when you leave—safety first!
