「Right on the beach. Cozy and relaxing. Staff super sweet. Breakfast was next door, variety was basic but tasted good with good service. The room was fantastic. No AC but had a very strong fan. We had to turn it down at night. This is truly beach living experience! Location was right in the middle of all the action. Perfect stay if you plan on tours. Our door knob broke and they had a repair man fix it within 15 minutes. The staff is very good. Cons Hot water takes time to work....

「Chambre correct, personnels bien, emplacement, tot pres de la plage centre, magasin resto, comfort bien. Towels are not cotton they are in polyester, so they don't absorb humidité. They don't glasses in the room so if you need, you have to ask the personnel everytime. They have free dinking water but in containers outside the room. They use plastic plates tomeat. I recommend not to use plastic plates The canals are in front of the hotel since the hotel is infront of the road and it stinks....

「Most things we tried to order were not available “ until the truck arrives in three days time” No bacon, no mangoes, no BEER, expensive unpleasant red wine. No hot water in the shower. On Day two there was a horrid smell coming back into the room from the septic tank. Smokers were allowed to smoke in the meal area. We were told by front counter staff smoking was not allowed but there was no signage and staff didnt tell them to move to the smoking area. Staff were wonderful and always...

「The room with a private toilet is located right next to the bar/reception, so you need to have the curtains closed at all times if you don't want staff and guests looking straight in, only a few meters away. They also play music from the bar/reception until around 11 pm and start again around 7-9am, and it can be heard clearly in the room. The room's AC is very loud. The bathroom did not feel very clean, the towels had others guests hair entangled into them, and they don't provide any...
