Nice big and clean room, good location, lots of parking, friendly staff. Only suggestion is to perhaps give the washing machine and / or dryer a clean as when we washed our clothes they came out smelling almost as bad as when they went in. It is a communal machine so I can understand either way.

Lady at desk was so helpful and friendly , room was very clean air con worked even had biscuits in room tea coffee facility, I stayed alone as an older lady I felt safe security gates are locked at night , think of staying there for a week maybe next time ,

Super friendly owners who are trying very hard to welcome everyone and provide a quality stay. They are the loveliest people and genuinely caring about their guests. The building is tired and sound does carry, but for the price it’s a good option.

Room was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and accommodating, reopening our room when we forgot something, quite early in morning.....sorry about that..😊😊

Only issue was the door rattles in the wind, but a bag up against it and was fixed. Just needs a bit of the felt sticky surround put on the door jam. Clean, tidy, quiet, good value. I'll be back.

Was okay. Not worth the price. Staff were lovely but room was misleading and fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Late at night heard people outside that were very loud and made me and my parter feel unsafe

Whatif email confirmed check-in was at noon but the room was still being cleaned on arrival (approximately 1215pm) and we were advised by staff that check-in isn't usually until after 2pm, obviously there has been some kind of communication error inbetween. Outside of that the room was comfortable and clean, internet was a little slow but it works, the microwave was appreciated but the dish wasn't the original so didn't always turn, and the bottom of the bathroom door was a bit rotten, mostly cosmetic.

Friendly service, clean and comfy room. Walking distance to supermarket and dining. Great location for my visit to the Arid Lands Botanical Gardens. The air-con was rather noisy though and the curtains weren't able to completely block the spotlights outside all night.

Lady at check in was lovely and the room was very clean although quite dated. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lovely hot shower with excellent watwr pressure. Only issue was the very noisy neighbours and the road noise. Would have liked a bed side table on both sides of the bed and maybe a bedside lamp.
