「日本人のスタッフや日本語の分かるスタッフもいてとても親切にして頂きました。自由に入れるサウナやジャグジー、ジムも有り全て広々とした気持ちの良いホテルです。私は残念ながら運が無くてオーロラを見る事は出来ませんでしたが、ホテルからオーロラを見る事が出来るそうです。 ホテルからの景色はおとぎ話みたいで素晴らしかったです。 ノールカップへも行く事も出来て最高でした。」

「We had a fantastic stay at Flatmoen Natur Lodge in Alta. The cabins are modern, very clean, and well designed, with private jacuzzis that made it easy to relax after a long day outside. A highlight of the trip was the horse-drawn sleigh ride with Johnny. It included a campfire dinner and was a really memorable experience. 「I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. You could barely get around the bed and I don't understand the shower door design, sprays water all over the counter, no matter how you pointed the water. We did get moved the next day to a larger room.」
