From your accommodation, explore the seafront, discover paths and coves, then wander through the historic centre of Pornic to the "Bluebeard's" castle overlooking the old port, discover its covered market, galleries, craftsmen, bars and restaurants.

This renovated 142m² family house is located 200m from the sea in the "Gourmalon" district where villas, chalets, chapel and kiosks each tell a story. It has 5 bedrooms, a fenced garden and a 20m² terrace, thus accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor, the fitted kitchen is open to the dining room living room with a fireplace (wood available). It is equipped with an induction hob and all necessary kitchen equipment; fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, electric whisk, potato masher, etc. A room with a floor bed (160 mattress) in a mezzanine with an independent shower and toilet completes this level.

The first floor consists of a double room (a 160 bed) which gives access to a bathroom then a triple room with three single beds and another room with a bunk bed reserved for children and a single bed. An independent toilet completes the floor.

An outbuilding attached to the house offers an independent room (external access) with a shower room and toilet. (Double bed of 140)

You have a washing machine (drying), a hairdryer and outdoor furniture (table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, charcoal barbecue and canoe). Parking possible for one vehicle on the property, public spaces near your accommodation.
