The house comprises on the ground floor an open-plan kitchen and back kitchen equipped with a gas cooker with three ovens as well as all the necessary electrical appliances so that you feel at home: American-style refrigerator, microwave, ovens, Delonghi grain coffee maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, blender, cooker, air fryer, raclette machine and kitchen utensils. The TV lounge – dining room with Wi-Fi access and wood-burning stove gives access to the 100m² terrace and garden. An air-conditioned suite with double bed (160 bed), private bathroom and then an independent WC completes this level.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms (160 and 140 beds) each with access to the balcony then a shower room and an independent WC. For maximum comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, an electric barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture and parasol are also at your disposal. You have four parking spaces adjoining the house and a carport with a secure charging point for your electric vehicle. A cycle path away from main roads allows you to reach Pornic town centre within a few minutes.
