Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!」

「Well located close to bus stop for short trip into city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. There was plenty of room to bring in our suitcases rather than just an overnight bag. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Having a restaurant right there was so convenient at end of a long day. Parking was convenient and everything on one level. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual fare. Would recommend this property.」
