The holiday flats are in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from the old town of Porec and the nearest beach. The detached house was built in 1983 and offers three holiday flats for a total of 9 people. All flats are renovated. The nearest restaurant and several shopping centres such as Lidl, Plodine and Kaufland are within walking distance. The house is located right next to the pine forest and has a beautiful garden with a brick barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, all for shared use. A children's swing and a small slide are also available.
