The rooms are simple and functional, combining rural and artistic style. In addition to the three bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a spacious living room on the first floor, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room on the ground floor, from which you enter the garden. The villa also has a small reference library.
Poreč and nearby towns such as Rovinj, Motovun or Višnjan are known for their historic buildings. The center of Poreč is under the protection of UNESCO. Post office, church, school and a small shop are in the next village Nova (2 km). The vegetable market and a fish hall can be found in Poreč. There are also large supermarkets, medical and veterinary ambulances and pharmacies.
