Villa Maxima Agri is located in the village of Filipini, near Poreč. Although it is located in Istria, the exotic charm it exudes could easily confuse us and make us think that it is located somewhere else, say in Asia. The villa is located on the former Roman road Decumanus Maximus agri, after which it was named. The influence of its historic location is subtly felt throughout the house. It is full of designer rustic pieces that perfectly intertwine with the rural Istrian architecture. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The interior of the villa is 210 m² and consists of 3 floors - ground floor and another 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. Elements of wood, stone and metal are interwoven throughout the space, along with many plants, rustic nautical decorations and artistic pieces. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that adds a touch of warmth and comfort to the space. There are also numerous sliding glass doors that allow natural light to flood in and offer beautiful views of the luxurious Mediterranean-exotic garden.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. 1 bedroom is on the 1st floor, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are double beds in 3 rooms (in some rooms 2 beds for 1 person are connected), while in 1 room there is 1 bed for 1 person, so it can be used as a children's room or as a home office. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. All rooms and bathrooms have the same unique rustic industrial style as the rest of the villa.
Although the interior of the villa is truly impressive, the real magic happens in the courtyard. The exterior is a story in itself - the fusion of architectural styles adds to the uniqueness of the villa. One part of the house represents tradition - white stone with contrasting blue shutters, and the other part represents modern architecture - wooden elements on a black background. In the garden you will find not only different architectural styles, but also an interesting fusion of Mediterranean and exotic plants - bamboo, olives, vines - all in one place. There is also a saltwater pool, a relaxation area, a sun deck, a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area... Everything a dream villa should have - and Villa Maxima Agri has it all. Let's add a pond with lots of small fish and other animals that have found refuge in this magical environment. And there you have it, a dream come true.
To stay at Villa Maxima Agra, you don't have to go all the way to the Far East. It is enough to go to Istria, where in addition to the villa of your dreams you will find numerous other interesting places, sights and attractions.
