"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Franca the host went above and beyond! She helped us every step of the way and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "This property is beautiful and the holy grail of places in this part of the world - uninterrupted views of the countryside and walking distance to medieval town full of restaurants and historic buildings. Adele is the perfect host and as she lives in neighbouring property is on hand at all times. Highly recommended. "

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto."

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
