"The location of this VRBO is perfect. Located on the same street as a grocery store, shops and excellent restaurants. A short walk to the Palace, train station, and visitors information centre. The host was the most responsive I’ve ever encountered in my 15 years of renting VRBOs and the apartment was so clean and quite well stocked. "This stay lived up to all our expectations. Great staff-room-bed-surroundings. Nearby train station to Versailles and the city. Room was made up everyday with fresh towels. There was a great supply of phone and PowerPoint connnections in the room."

"There was a heatwave in Paris and the air conditioning at the hotel did not work for 4 days. We were spending time outside instead of going to our rooms, we were leaving the shower sweating as if we were in a sauna. Trying to sleep in that heat was torture. Okko should have refunded some of our cost since we did not get all the services that were promised."

"Service is fantastic. We had the family suite for 4 The layout is odd. Our children had to walk through our bedroom to go to the bathroom. The air conditioning was minimal which was difficult in 90 degree temps. They brought several fans but it was uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to this location along our journey but it was good but not exceptional."

"We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it. The man who checked us in (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, upgrading us to a top floor room with a balcony, which was perfect as we were travelling with our dog. He was always so friendly and made a point of checking in with us whenever we saw him at reception. The room itself was fantastic, spotless, and cleaned daily. The mini bar and snacks were a really nice touch too. The location was excellent — a lovely park opposite across the river, plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby, while still being close enough to get into central Paris quickly and easily. Overall, a brilliant stay with amazing service throughout."

"Lieu iconique dont il est agréable de faire l’expérience, mais ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. J’ai vu des 4 avec plus d’attention aux besoins des voyageurs. Il n’y avait pas de service de nourriture et boissons à la piscine lors de notre passage, ce qui est quand même spécial étant donné que c’est le principal attrait. On m’a même dit que je n’avais pas le droit d’avoir ma tasse à café autour de la piscine. Et bien que je me sois pressée à terminer, le personnel a laissé la tasse traîner pendant une demi-heure ensuite… Pas de musique non plus. Certains membres du personnel étaient très gentils, plusieurs autres nous regardaient de haut, ce qui n’est pas la marque d’un 5 étoiles. Chaque fois que nous posions une question, le personnel de la piscine n’avait pas la réponse. Il n’y avait pas de véritable endroit où se changer, ou alors c’était très mal indiqué. L’hôtel est également un club de gym pour les gens du quartier, alors il faut s’attendre à partager les piscines et la salle de sport avec des gens qui s’entraînent sérieusement. Ça peut être sympa et permettre de faire la rencontre de gens locaux, mais ça ne crée pas une ambiance vacances. C’est correct, ça donne une personnalité unique à l’endroit. Autrement, ce n’est pas vraiment le quartier le plus accessible pour visiter Paris, surtout pas à pied. Alors bien pour un séjour d’une nuit ou deux quand on connaît déjà, ou pour les nageurs sérieux."
