「Niccolo was a great host and was easy to communicate with prior to the trip. House was spacious and clean and the property was beautiful. We took advantage of the cooking class with Barbara (extra cost) and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Only suggestion would be to rent a car- getting cabs/rideshare to and from was a challenge although we were able to walk 20 min to the train station」

「We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else.
