"Amazing views over Poole! We ate dinner at the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the view. Breakfast was busy which is to be expected as I think all room rates include breakfast- they had to pause taking orders for 5/10 mins as the chef had too many orders . It would be a good idea to ask guests to book a time for breakfast in order to avoid a sudden influx at one time. Lots of stuff ran out and staff members seemed stressed. The rooms very very nice with great jet bath. Air con worked well. As it's an old hotel the floor boards above us were a bit noisy and walls were thin. But the king size bed was very comfy. Would definitely return. Dinner was lovely and the waiter was great. It would have been nice to have the option to dine outside but apparently there weren't enough staff. Great location for the beach."
