"The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The internet was not all the time and in all the apartment strong enough. I suggest to add some heat resistant gloves in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure."

"Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. "We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room. It was a classic hotel with an excellent restaurant and we were served with nutritious breakfast of a good variety and the lady who run the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and efficient. Pontresina is a nice little town with majestic views of the mountains surrounding it and it is very quiet comparing to the big cities. "
