  • The holiday home "Casa Juliana" consists of 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. There are 2 entrances, a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchenette. Mosquito screens are installed throughout the house. In the storage room there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.
    This includes a small, private and enclosed garden with a barbeque, and also access for dogs that do not hunt cats. The whole is tastefully and elegantly furnished in the typical Tuscan country style. The Memon technology in the holiday home ensures good and restful sleep.
    The Casa Juliana holiday home is located in the Le Vigne estate. It is located in the Tuscan hills about 16 km from Florence in a particularly energetic and natural property. Experience a piece of Tuscan art of living with 15,000 sqm of rest and 260 olive trees. The near Florence offers interesting opportunities and the surrounding area with Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, Luca beckons with many excursions into art and culture.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Durch die Lage am Hang ein toller Blick vom Garten auf die Hügel und Berge. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und das Grundstück wirklich der Hammer. Wir hatten einen wundervoll entspannten Urlaub. Danke dafür.

Ein sehr außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus im Toskanischen Stil, wunderschön an den Hängen der Toskana gelegen. Wer Ruhe abseits allen Trubel sucht ist hier hervorragend untergebracht. Und Florenz und andere Städte in der Toskana sind sehr komfortabel, auch mit dem Zug ab Sieci kostengünstig zu erreichen.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zugewandt und bei allen Fragen kompetent behilflich und angenehm zurückhaltend, trotzdem immer offen für Gespräche.Der Naturpool ist sehr schön angelegt und wurde von uns gerne genutzt.Der wunderschöne riesengroße Garten liegt am Hang und ist wirklich bemerkenswert!!! Und die Stille des Ortes hat eine besondere Atmosphäre.Wie schon häufiger erwähnt, ist die Anfahrt auf dem letzten Stück abenteuerlich… man wird aber belohnt.

Bonjour à tous,C’est la 4eme fois que nous venons au mois d’août dans cet endroit paisible et très reposant tout en étant proche de la magnifique ville de Florence.Renate est toujours aussi attachante et sa petite équipe est très sympathique.Pas très loin des commerces (Pontassieve) et d’un très bon glacier (Siecci), nous avons aussi goûté aux spécialités Toscane à Arezzo (foire des antiquaires le 1er dimanche du mois) et Montepluciano (fête autour du vino bobine le 10 août). Bref, des vacances comme on les aime, dolce farniente !

Vacances de rêve dans une maison et un terrain paradisiaques. La maison est très bien équipée (wifi, climatisation, ...) et le jardin est magnifique. Il y a une multitude de choses à faire et a voir en toscane. Il faut faire attention aux zones à trafic limité (ztl). Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. Le seul point negatif est la route pour arriver à la demeure qui est assez pentue mais le voyage en vaut le coup.

Erholung pur

Es war ein aussergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Nach dem sehr herzlichen Empfang von Renate mit ihren drei wunderschönen weissen Hunden haben wir uns sehr schnell in unserem Feriendomizil eingelebt und uns wohlgefühlt. Bei knisterndem Kaminfeuer abends zu sitzen war einfach toll. Eigentlich wollten wir die Toskana erkunden, aber der ungewöhnliche Garten zog uns in seinen Bann. Es war immer wieder spannend zwischen Olivenbäumen das Gelände zu erkunden mit so vielen Kristallen und Energieplätzen. Die Jurte durften wir immer nutzen. Es war ein gelungener entspannter Urlaub. Renate nahm sich auch immer wieder Zeit für interessante Gespräche. Für uns war es wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Highlight ist das biologische Olivenöl, das noch ganz herkömmlich zwischen Steinen gerieben wird und dadurch einen hervorragenden Geschmack hat. Davon haben wir natürlich welches mitgenommen. Danke Renate für die schönen Tage bei dir.

Un petit paradis en Toscane !

L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !

Cet endroit est paradisiaque

Renate et ses chiens nous ont gentiment accueilli. Elle a été de bon conseil pour nous rendre à Florence. La propriété est d un calme absolu sans être loin des commerces et de Florence. Wunderschöne, kleine Oase

Wie von den Vorgängern beschrieben ist die Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich und die Unterkunft auch nicht leicht zu finden. Ansonsten ein schönes und liebevoll gestaltetes Fleckchen Erde. Renate ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, die stets bemüht war, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und insbesondere der liebevoll gestaltete Natur-Pool war ein großes Highlight bei den Jungs!

Notre location préférée !

Nous sommes venu pour la 2ème fois dans cet endroit paradisiaque et nous en sommes toujours autant amoureux. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits, très calme et la vue est splendide. L'intérieur du logement est cosy et la terrasse idéale pour déjeuner à l'extérieur à l'abris du soleil. Renate et ses trois beaux chiens est très discrète tout en étant à l'écoute de nos éventuelles demandes. Bref, nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

-Mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen. -Wunderschöner Pool.

Nach einer sehr langen Anreise in die Toskana mit anschließender abenteuerlichen Fahrt zur Unterkunft wurden wir von Renate herzlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und groß und die Außenlage riesig. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr schmal und steil. Die Leithündin der Gastgeberin duldet keine anderen Hunde, lieber ohne Hund anreisen. Zum Lebensmitteleinkauf eignet sich der Coop in Pontassieve sehr gut. Es gibt keinen Straßenlärm, dafür Hundegebell auch in der Nachbarschaft. Im sehr heißen August fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Dadurch, dass es keinen Fernseher gibt, kommt man zum Bücherlesen und Spielen mit der Familie. Renate ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool sehr genossen! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Hausherrin ist einfach nur toll und absolut bemüht, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat.

Paradiso incredibile

Nach einer etwas abenteuerlichen Anfahrt wurden wir herzlich von der Gastgeberin Renate empfangen und fanden das geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete, große Haus mit überwältigend schönem Garten vor. Leider ist das Gelände überwiegend am Hang und mit Gehbehinderung schwer gangbar. Vogelgezwitscher ersetzte den Wecker. Ab und an hörte man eine Kirchenglocke oder ein landwirtschaftliches Gerät, das war's. ;-) Die Gastgeberin war bei Bedarf gut erreichbar und wir hatten sehr schöne Unterhaltungen. Ihre drei weißen Hunde sind friedlich und gut erzogen. Wer Wert auf Naturnähe und Privatsphäre legt, ist hier genau richtig.

Herrlicher Garten mit vielen kleineren und größeren Kraftorten, wunderschöner Schwimmteich, stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll - eine beeindruckende Dame.

Piscine paradisiaque, vue imprenable, calme absolu et proche de Florence.

Renate est très sympatique et discrète. Nous avons passé une semaine au calme, avec des visites de Florence qui est toute proche en voiture. Le luxe, c'est tout de même la piscine pour nous tout seuls. Le logement est spacieux sauf les chambres qui sont un peu petites mais décorées avec goût. La terrasse ombragée est aussi très agréable, et c'est un plus en Août avec la canicule. De très bons souvenirs pour cet endroit où nous aimerions bien revenir un jour.

Paradies in den Hügeln unweit Florenz

Nach einer für norddeutsche Verhältnisse ungewöhnlichen Kletterpartie mit dem Auto sind wir durch dieses paradiesischen Anwesen mit dem sich öffnenden Panorama belohnt worden. Der Garten mit seinen zahlreichen romantischen Plätzen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für uns Hundefreunde war es herzerwärmend von den drei so liebenswürdigen irischen Schäferhunden der Vermieterin empfangen zu werden. Das Haus ist auch in kühlen Zeiten sehr gut zu heizen. Wir haben uns in dem individuell eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütlich auch die Abende am Kamin. Insgesamt hat dieses wunderbare Anwesen unsere Erwartungen, das wir durch zahlreichen Fotos auf der FeWo direkt-Plattform zu kennen glaubten, übertroffen. Viele Gründe wiederzukommen.

A Magical Place, highly recommended

A jewel in Tuscany! Well equipped, authentic Tuscan house with terrace and fireplace. Good beds. Fantastic surroundings with lots of shade. Beautiful energy. A place to recharge and reset. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool. And Renate is a lovely host. We felt at home and will be back one day. And yes, the road up the hill is steep and narrow, but you'll end up in paradise

Un sogno

La mia ragazza ed io eravamo in cerca di un luogo fuori dallo stress cittadino, immerso nel verde, e nel silenzio. Da Renate abbiamo trovato questo è molto di più, il posto è magico, la piscina e tre cani meravigliosi, abbiamo fatto il pieno di un’energia difficilmente rintracciabile. Possiamo solo dire Grazie.
