"This property exceeded all our expectations! The house and outside space with negative edge pool were all beautiful. We loved being away from the crowded city and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Madeira. We arrived in the middle of the night. The 6 of us with luggage were driven comfortably by pre-arranged transport to the property about an hour away. "We came for two days - we stayed five. Is there more to say? The gym? Nice! The spa? Nice. The pool? Nice! I had a burger at the bar on day one. Not the best one. We ate outside at the Italian restaurant nearby for the other days. Highly recommended. The staff at Saccarum was more than helpful and nice. All of them. The beds are comfortable. Very important for me. "
