「They cancelled the booking due to a plumbing issue in the unit but never sent out any communication about it. I called the number multiple times for it to go straight to voicemail because the instructions were not sent for check in. To me, sending no communication about cancelling is very unprofessional because then last minute while I’m sitting in my car I had to scramble to book somewhere else.」

「The best part about the stay was the check in ease. It was all downhill from there. The place wasn’t very clean, we had to come in and run to the store for Clorox wipes for the toilets and sweep the floors. There was several noticeable repairs that needed done. The beds weren’t very comfortable at all and the pillows extremely flat. The unit was hot even with the air running and the curtains pulled the unit stayed hot and it wasn’t even that how out. 」

「After booking the unit the owner connected with us and said we would need to coordinate to meet so he can check us in.Arrived in Daytona and set meeting and asked if we could just get a code and he told us we needed to get the key and the parking pass.When we arrive at the unit he informed me that I missed the detail about having to give him a 175.00 cash deposit, 150 for the room and the 25 for the parking pass.Gave him the cash and agreed to meet to check out and get the cash deposit back when...
