Such a great hotel in a great location. We had a view of Pompeii from our balcony. Rooms are typical Italian, and we had bathrobes and slippers in ours. There is a breakfast buffet upstairs and the views are tremendous. Good breakfast and the staff were super nice and friendly. There is parking in the back. There is also a restaurant with great pizza, and decent prizes. Can’t beat the location if you are visiting the ruins or Vesuvius.

The lobby was very nice but my room was tiny and rather drab. I didn't have a fridge and that was a major inconvenience because I need to keep medications cool. The breakfast was ok but the room had amazing views of Vesuvias and the ruins. This, and the reception staff were the best thing about the hotel.

This was a lively hotel in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants, as well as one of the entrances to Pompeii. The breakfast was good, as well. We would likely stay here if ever in Pompeii again.

Lovely staff, clean and presentable, air con in room was fantastic and situated directly opposite Pompeii archaeological site. Parking is onsite, unlike lots of other Italian hotels that claim they are and aren’t, entrance is at ///monday.evolving.inspector - what3words We didn’t eat at the restaurant, instead favouring to try some of the local restaurants instead, but what food we did see come out as we were sat in the bar looked fantastic.

The Hotel was very clean and front staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, all fresh hane made pastries and excellent spread for a morning meal. The Staff in the breakfast area was exceptional. I did not catch the ladies name who was in charge but she was very accommodating to our needs of having to be on our transit bus at 7:05am. She made the stay very special and I will definitely be returing to stay again to spend more time in Pompeii. I would recommend to all.

The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!
