「Everything was amazing!
The room was as described (even better looking in person). The cleanliness, the organization, the comfortability, all was incredible!
The staff were all overall very polite, inviting while maintaining professionalism. From the Shoppe, the restaurant, the front desk, etc., everyone was great! I even heard of promotions in the future that definitely peaked my interest, and will definitely make me want to stay again in the future.

The process of checking in was horrible.
Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling.
