"The property was in a good location easy access to buses and local shops for snacks. Breakfast was provided but very limited as a coeliac as no gluten free cereal or toaster was availlable The cooked breakfast did have some gluten free but was limited and repetitive. The weather turned when we stayed and the power went out for about 18hours which meant no lifts and no lights in the rooms. These would be things I will consider if I visit Hawaii again."

"Overall, staff was very friendly! Shout out to the female concierge! She is hilarious and knows how to deliver a good time. The two outdoor pools are gorgeous especially at night with the beachfront view. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend. It is definitely an older establishment and the cleanliness of the rooms are a little subpar, but the staff and amenities make up for it. Also, the rooms have their own washer, dryer, full kitchen, and iron. It made packing so much easier."

"Our package did not include breakfast! We used the $65 resort credit and it’s more like $55 after resort fees and taxes! We did it on a budget and only went over budget by $200 if our math works out if not by over $750!"

"Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken leaving only one functioning. This made it very difficult to get to our room. On one occasion we had to wait 10 minutes (if not longer) before we were able to get on the elevator to get to our room. Also, the breakfast set up is very clunky. It was a very long line with a lot of people coming at the same time in a very narrow window (2 hours) to be able to eat. It was hard to get a table, hard to get the food because you couldn't really tell where the lines started. Food was good, but not worth the hassle."
