"Great location, close enough to the beach, but off of the main road and it's noise. Not saying it's church quiet. Rarely long wait for elevators. Utilized the free ice and water fountain often, save some bottles. Friendly staff. Clean room. Didn't utilize pool, gym, restaurant, etc. so can't comment. Like many hotels on that side of the strip they are older than further west. But that didn't bother me a bit, stayed here before and will consider in the future. Some of the other nearby properties seemed to always have the same complaints over and over for long periods of time. But everyone's mileage may vary."

"We reserved at that hotel because I wanted to try the swimming lagoon. It was closed for high surf! But they gave me a room with an amazing view and were so kind. They let me check in early. They recommended a close beach where I could go. The activities director helped arrange a lovely dinner cruise that we really enjoyed. Eating brunch by the seawall everyday was so pretty. The ocean is just gorgeous at this location, even when the surf is high."

"Our stay at Ala Moana Hotel was good overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Ala Moana Center and the beach. It's also convenient for taking the bus. The room was generally clean, although the carpet had some noticeable stains. Everything else was good, except for an issue with the microwave and some A/C noise coming from the neighboring room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location."

"Great customer deface upon check in, the grounds were very very clean as were the pools and cabana areas! The room and decor were a little out dated but it was a great value and a really spacious room! The full kitchen was a huge bonus!"

"Obviously you’re paying for a lot of this, but amazing staff, incredibly responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else."
