Beyersfort on Cygnet Lake

Vacation home in Condon with kitchen
Get away to this beautifully-crafted, square-log home where Cygnet Lake feeds into the Swan River. Fly fish on the Swan River or utilize the canoe and dock and spend time on the pristine, non-motorized Cygnet Lake. The home has a queen-size bedroom on the main floor, along with a full bath. The loft has three more twin beds. The living-dining-kitchen is open and accesses both the front and back deck. The simple kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. Grill on the covered back porch. Sit around the fire ring on cool, mountain evenings. Just a few miles from Lindburgh Lake, one of northwest Montana's premier lakes, and a public boat launch. This home is located in a rural area with limited cell service, depending on your provider. Wifi is available at the public library or Mission Mountains Mercantile in Condon. An extra $50 fee is required for pets. Please indicate your request if you or your guests plan to bring pets. Campers and tent camping are not allowed on the property due to homeowners association rules. Thank you.
Guest accommodations at this vacation home offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.

Lovely Retreat
We really enjoyed this sweet retreat. We took advantage of lots of hiking and appreciated the books and files of suggested hikes. We hope to return soon!

Relaxing getaway
We all loved this property and location. The only thing I would say is there is no WiFi-fi, little to no cell signal, no tv and no land line. It was really nice for me to be off the grid however one of my guests was very nervous about not being able to reach anyone in case of emergency. Even so, we all had a great time, including the pups and I would highly recommend this property for a complete break from the craziness and business of life. You can see the lake through the trees and hear the river while you relax on the porch with your glass of wine. Perfect!

Highly recommended, fabulous location
The setting was excellent. We particularly enjoyed going on hikes. The ready availability of canoe was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed reading and playing games on the porch. It was nice to be able to eat on the picnic table or inside the cabin.

Lovely cabin on a private lake
We so enjoyed the quiet and solitude of the lake. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. This is a perfect place to really get away from it all--no cell, internet, or shopping for miles!

5/5 Excellent

Beautiful location and access to nearby wilderness
Our family had a great time at Cygnet Lake. It has a wonderful location adjacent to Lindbergh Lake and also the Mission Mountains wilderness is very close by. I had researched many hikes in the area and it was helpful also to utilize the information provided by the Owner in the Welcome folder, which had good directions, etc., to glorious wilderness hikes that are nearby. We also went up to Glacier NP from there and it was very doable- the crowds at Glacier were shocking- but we did find a spectacular, less-used trail up into the wilderness in Glacier. We also truly enjoyed the Bob Marshall Wilderness, I felt as though I was experiencing one of the last best wildernesses left in the United States and it was powerful. There are lots of fish in the lake and the canoe was great to utilize for that as well as for playing around. Thanks to the owners for their attention to detail!
