From this floor, you have direct access to 1 of the 2 terraces, which is partly covered. A well-equipped kitchen is also located on this level, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a direct exit to the swimming pool. This floor also includes 1 room with 1 bed and a bathroom with bath and WC. A second terrace, also partly covered, provides additional outdoor space from this level.
