Gorgeous Villa Llenya for 4 guests, only a 15-min walk to the historic old town of Pollensa!



With views of Puig de Maria monastery and the surrounding mountains, Villa Llenya is a perfect relaxing getaway for a family of four. Between swims in your private pool (which measures 5m x 10, depth from 0,9m to 1.7m, with a separate swimming area for children), dry off in sun loungers and take a coffee or a snack under your shaded patio where a barbecue serves as a cooking station for all your favourite meals.



After a rousing day under the Mallorca sun, retreat inside to the cozy living room with television, comfy sofas, and a fireplace, surrounded by exposed stone walls. Just off the living room is the dining room with six chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances for every culinary need.



The ground floor features one double bedroom and a split-level ensuite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub. There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a full ensuite bathroom. The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



Please note that some road and recycling noise maybe heard during the busy season.



Guests of Villa Llenya can enjoy proximity to nearby sites and attractions such as Pollença (0,5km), Puerto Pollença (6.9km), and Cala St. Vicente (6.2km). The nearest beach is 7.6km from the villa, a supermarket is just 0.75km away, restaurants are 0.9km away, and a golf course is 4.6km away.
