This luxurious vacation home is located in a beautiful little oak forest (hence the name) and is just a few minutes’ drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, and Cala San Vicente.
The house was carefully renovated and modernized during the winter of 2019-2020 to bring it up to current standards and tastes.
Among the most significant improvements made to the house are the new flooring throughout the living areas and modern lighting that brightens all rooms as well as the outdoor area, allowing our guests to enjoy this beautiful property both during the day and at night.

From the parking lot, a few stone steps lead to the terrace, where the main entrance to the house is located. From there, our guests enter the living room, which is furnished with comfortable sofas. Here, you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is equipped with a wireless internet connection, allowing our guests to access Amazon, Netflix, and other platforms. All you need to do is log in using your own accounts.

From the living room, a brick archway leads to a hallway that connects to the kitchen; from here, our guests also have direct access to the covered patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and also features a beautiful dining table with 8 chairs, perfect for days when you’d prefer to dine indoors.

From this hallway, you can access the other rooms in the house.
Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor: one with a double bed and a full en suite bathroom, and another with two single beds.
A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house.

Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the remaining rooms are located: a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, and another twin bedroom. The double bedroom offers a magnificent view of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains.
All bedrooms have air conditioning with no time restrictions.

The outdoor area features several terraces and relaxation areas, allowing our guests to enjoy a variety of settings. The covered main terrace is equipped with an outdoor table that seats 8 people and is the most convenient, as it offers easy access to the kitchen and the grill—ideal for cozy summer evenings and nights.

A natural stone wall leads you to the chill-out area, which features a variety of seating areas and provides pleasant shade during the day. Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can come here to relax or read after dinner.
Adjacent to this is the second covered terrace with a small bar and foosball table.
Finally, a small platform with a table and four chairs has been set up at the front of the house for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oak trees.
The rectangular pool, measuring more than 50 m², features a Roman staircase (stone steps).
Around the pool, there is plenty of space for sun loungers and an area built specifically for the cozy Balinese daybed.
It’s also worth noting that next to the house, with direct access to the outdoors, there is a renovated restroom with a shower and a laundry room.
