Lovely villa in beautiful gardens

This is a lovely villa, standing in beautifully set out and maintained gardens, located in the peaceful countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked very well for our group and the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed. It has a good pool with nice sunbathing areas.

Beautiful Villa

What a beautiful place to stay! The villa is in a great location, situated within a short drive of many lovely restaurants. The grounds are wonderful throughout the day with perfect sun loungers and the swimming pool is excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and it is a great place to stay in Mallorca.

Wir waren sehr zufrienden. Man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles TOP, sehr saubere Finca. Alles sehr gepflegt. Netter schneller Kontakt per email und whatsapp. Was uns einwenig gestört hat, waren die "vier" andauernd bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, dies schon am frühen Morgen. (An der Straße Richtung Meer, rechte Seite). Sie schlugen bei jeder Bewegung auf der Starße an, Fußgänger, Radfahrer, Fahrzeuge

Beatiful villa

Our second stay at this villa. We think the villa is amazing and is just perfect for our family holiday. Gorgeous villa set in lovely, well cared for gardens. Pool a great size and depth, and view from the veranda and seating area stunning. Really well stocked kitchen, which is great as we did lots of cooking and had all the cooking utensils that we needed. Location is great for Pollenca and trips to the beach in Puerto Pollenca. Kids loved the lime tree and amount of space around the villa to explore. Villa tastefully furnished, and was really clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back! it could really benefit from a washing line, as the definitely the space for it round by the laundry room and be much easier (and clothes will dry much quicker) than the drier. Also, pool could ideally have been cleaned for often. Near the end of the holiday it was getting a bit dirty, and with no net for us to remove insects etc (be great if there was one!) meant we couldn´t help keep clean.

Finca mit tollem Flair, sehr schöner Garten, idealer Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen, gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich, top...auch der Service war prima In dieser Finca gibt es eigentlich nichts zu verbessern. Uns hat die Finca unter anderem so gut gefallen weil alles schön sauber war. Falls irgendwann ein neuer Fernseher gekauft wird bitte einen smart TV...:-)

The Villa is set in its own substantial grounds, a great size pool, lovely outdoor areas for relaxing including barbecue area, large lounge with log fire for those chilly evenings. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms location is great being just a short drive to Pollenca and Porto pollenca set in a quite rural area with chickens, Donkeys, horses, goats and piglets nearby

Schöner Aufenthalt bei Nord Villas, gern wieder.

Die Finca ist super ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Man kann tagsüber am Pool relaxen, Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen bereit und abends gemütlich beisammen sitzen und grillen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Betten sind recht hart und unbequem. Für die kälteren Tage wäre eine dickere Decke wünschenswert.

Superb villa, lovely gardens, pool and interior - the perfect package

All aspects of the villa are superb. Right from the moment you drive in through the large iron gate, up the long drive, past all the lovely flowers and garden. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with a superb interior, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are three generous bedrooms and three generous bathrooms. The outside space (front and rear) is magic. The pool is wonderful and the space to play with children is amazing. For cooking the kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had in a villa. There is also a fantastic BBQ. A wonderful place to stay, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere (there are a number of villas in the vicinity), but you are a short drive from the beach, Pollence and lots of adventures.

Wir waren mit der Finca sehr zufrieden

Größe und Ausstattung für 6 Personen ausreichend. Unter anderem Kamin, Waschmaschine u. Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Großes uneinsehbares Grundstück, schöner sauberer Pool. Ruhige Lage, aber doch zentral.Gute Beleuchtung auf dem Grundstück. Toll ist auch der Tresor an der Haustür für die Haustürschlüssel. 1 A Service.Freundliche deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Stromausfall. Notfall Tel.Nr. vorhanden, es wurde sofort ein Mitarbeiter geschickt und nach einer halben Stunde war der Strom wieder da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca und Nordvillas nur weiterempfehlen.Danke für die gute Betreuung auch bei der Buchung! Ein weiterer Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre schön.
