Nestled among the picturesque hills above Pollensa, Can Alordes exudes an enchanting ambiance, promising a respite in the tranquil beauty of Mallorca. Approached via a tree-lined avenue that gracefully ascends towards the villa, Can Alordes offers ample parking options, both below the house and adjacent to the main entrance, ensuring a seamless arrival.





Step through the villa's substantial stone walls and discover a haven of contemporary refinement, harmoniously blending with the traditional charm of the surrounding olive and almond groves. The iconic views of the Puig de Maria, Mallorca's iconic landmark, are in full view from the lower level of the house, beckoning you to spend languid afternoons lounging by the sparkling pool or savouring alfresco meals beneath the covered terrace, where a barbecue and wood-burning oven await your culinary creations.





Emerging into the spacious, open-plan living area, the dining table gracefully accommodates ten guests, while a plush modern sofa and a generously proportioned flat-screen television invite moments of relaxation and entertainment. A further dining area, equipped with child-sized chairs, seamlessly integrates with the living space, catering to the needs of all guests. Adjacent to the salon, the newly renovated kitchen boasts modern appliances, seamlessly transitioning to the terrace and pool area, providing the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining and leisurely gatherings.





On the ground floor, a private ensuite bedroom offers seclusion and comfort, while a a shower room serves as the guest toilet. To the left of the main entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where two double ensuite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom, provide ample sleeping arrangements for extended family vacations or group getaways. With five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, Can Alordes ensures that each guest enjoys the ultimate in privacy and comfort.





Adjacent to the sparkling pool, a generous terrace provides ample seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Sunbeds are provided for everyone to enjoy, ensuring that you can soak up the sun and unwind in style.

Rustic and beautiful, but disappointingly tired

The location is amazing and the outdoor space we loved, inside small changes would have made a big difference, like towels that didn’t look like they’d been used for cleaning floors, new toilet brushes and shower heads. The house was clean but really could have done with a little tlc. The wasps in the pool were a pain as there were so many, but they aren’t interested in people just the water so once you get over that it’s fine to swim. It would have been really nice to have some sort of welcome pack, with details about the house and location. We did have a nice break but for the price paid I was a little disappointed.
