Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Das Grundstück, der Garten und auch der Pool waren traumhaft. Wir konnten von unserem Standort alle schönen Ecken der Insel innerhalb von 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichen. Auch die direkte Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und hat auch direkte Hilfestellung gegeben.Abends wird es recht frisch in dem Haus (im Hochsommer ist die kühle natürlich ein Vorteil), also am besten ein paar dickere Schlafsachen einpacken. Die Stechmücken sind auch im Oktober nicht zu unterschätzen.Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben eine gute Zeit gehabt.

Villa is relatively small but could sleep 6 easily (there were only 2 of us). First impression was that it was a little dark but it was fine once we had opened all the shutters on the windows. In a beautiful and peaceful location within walking distance to Pollensa and a short drive to the beach. Supermarkets and bus stops close by.

The villa was great - pool was lovely and it was easy to get to beach / supermarkets (with a car). The only issue we had was that the beds were particularly uncomfortable, mainly due to the mattresses. Especially the main double bed - I would advise that it is replaced.

Great little villa - could benefit from some little updates

Great little villa, in excellent location - pool and outdoor seating and bbq area are fabulous. But, it could do with a few updates inside as some of the furniture was a little shabby (bases falling out in bedroom drawers etc), none of the table lamps worked and the bathroom would also benefit from a facelift (we had a leak which took a couple of days to get fixed).

Great accommodation Pollensa

The accommodation is located very well. Supermarket nearby. It was also a very good starting point for several biketrails. The outside area of the house is very nice. There was a good communication with Easyvillas. - we missed some kitchen gear + has to little light at the kitchen counter - the badroom is dated but ok -the cleaners came before we checked out. It was communicated that they could start at 9 but the were even earlier. It's not a nice ending of your holidays being rushed up. Our suggestion would be: let the cleaners start after the check out. - the wateringsystem of the garden wasn't fasten well, so it popped of the outside crane early in the morning.

VERY GOOD QUIET BASE

Great location, peaceful yet near Pollença and other beautiful towns. The lidl effectively at the end of the road, made the advantages of a villa stay easier as well. The Villa was spacious, and very nicely designed, with really good outdoor space, even if our Easter visit meant we didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have in the summer, the same with the pool. In particular we really appreciated that things like bin bags, and loo roll, washing tablets etc often excluded were there for us on the day we arrived. Maybe not the biggest cost, but one of the biggest annoyances with a villa stay. So thank you for that In summary we would happily return. Thank you fo a lovely stay. I’d have preferred a double bed not two singles, and duvets, as at this time of year nights are cold.
