Villa Provenza is a three-bedroom house located near the main road that gives access to Puerto de Pollensa, whose center is just a 15-minute walk away, and where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, in addition to its beautiful beaches.

The property is distributed over a single floor, so all its rooms are easily accessible. The three bedrooms (one double and two doubles) share a full bathroom and a toilet. In the living room we find two comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a flat screen television with satellite channels. Next to the living room, discreetly separated although within the same room, is the dining room, equipped with a table with capacity for 6 people.The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a circular table.

Outside we find a private garden that surrounds the pool area. The beautiful covered terrace protects us from the sun, and together with the barbecue it offers us the possibility of enjoying meals outdoors.

Villa Provenza is ideal for those clients who do not want to drive long distances, or who do not want to depend on a car and prefer to take a short walk to access the center of the Port, its beaches or the nearby supermarket.
