This fully air-conditioned apartment features three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, with fresh linens and towels provided for your stay. The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of natural light, a flat-screen satellite TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table — a relaxing space to unwind after a day in the sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full range of utensils. The apartment also features a private balcony overlooking the street, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening drink.



Guests benefit from free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and are within walking distance of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The popular Playa de Pollença is just a short stroll away.



Please note: There are only two apartments in the building, and they share access to the rooftop terrace. This communal space is available for the enjoyment of both Sea One and Sea Two guests. For large groups or families, this building also includes our other apartment, Sea Two.
