Late Summer Vacation

Second time we have stayed at this great location. House is very comfortable and well appointed with amenities. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. It's a short walk to the beach and Nardi's and convenient to shops and dining. Overall a very relaxing vacation.

Best beach house ever! Location location!!!!

We loved every minute of our stay at this house! We have been coming to LBI every year for many years now and this was by far the best house ever!!!! It is located centrally, literally steps to the beach, close to many restaurants and stores yet it is located on a quite family friendly street. It was our first trip with our infant baby and couldn’t think of better street and house to rent!!! Also not to mention it was dog friendly!!!! Everything in the house was working perfectly, had all the essentials and felt spacious! We loved spending time on the porch. Had enough furniture for our family to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the porch. Very well maintained house. Outdoor shower was great. Internet and AC worked wonderful. We would definitely come back again and again!!!! The host was very prompt and easy to communicate.A+++++ Highly recommended!

Great location and mostly a great house

The location of this house can’t be beat. It is a quick walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to all that LBI has to offer. The house itself was mostly great, with a few issues. The good: kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, porch was comfortable with lots of sitting room and a gate that closes. Laundry worked well, and three bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. We loved that the house was dog friendly and we could bring our dog with us. The bad: the kitchen did not have much counter space, the bathrooms do not have outlets, the master bedroom has a full bed but is advertised as a queen. The biggest issue we had with this house is that it was so loud. The window air conditioners were all really loud, the washing machine was really loud, and the owner’s dogs woke us before seven every morning running around upstairs above us. This definitely took away from the advantages of this house.

Ideal rental!

Great communication with owner. As described. Ideal location, close to beach, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious home, well maintained with everything needed. Highly recommend and will stay again! Good value for money.

So close to the Beach!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Haven Beach The home was nice and clean and comfortable Pet Friendly a major plus!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet street, The only trouble we had was the internet was slow and the TV was complicated to figure out. For me, that is not a problem because I don’t mind not having the TV. But for my 93 year old Mom who was with us and enjoys watching It was very difficult. We all loved the beautiful front porch but we did miss having a fenced in back yard to spend some time with the dog. Overall, A very, very nice place! Thank you so much! Lisa

Another Great Week!

This was our third year in a row my Family stayed at this house. The location and amenities are perfect. Ample parking on site and a quick walk to the beach. No issues at all once again and looking forward to next year!

A great week!

This house was exceptionally clean and had easy access to the beach. It was close to restaurants and Fantasy Island and a very relaxing place to stay. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with paper plates, cups, silverware and dishes. Thanks to CJ upstairs for everything. We would definitely stay here next year.

LBI Beach House

Great week at this LBI beach house! It was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was in working order and easy to use! This was a very dog friendly neighborhood and house. Loved having a gate for the front porch for our dog. This is a great location. We loved walking to Nardi’s for dinner and the Açaí Bowl place for breakfast. Easy walk to the beach and so quiet. We sat in between the two life guards and felt like we had the beach to ourselves at times. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay!

Excellent communication with owner. The apartment was VERY clean which is important to us and it has everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and family friendly. Would definitely rent this apt. again!

Another Perfect Week!!!

This was the second year my Family stayed at this location and it only got better. We had amazing weather, made multiple meals at home cooking on the grill and brought the dogs again. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Can't wait to come back next year for a third time!!

Def a no frills house. Very warn beds, furniture and dated house. Beach access was not the greatest I've experienced there. The house served its purpose. When you spend that kind of money a week to stay you'd expect some upgrades. Not a lot of electric outlets. Very pet friendly block. I was not thrilled with sharing outside shower, laundry line and back yard patio area with other tenant. I guess a duplex was not the correct choice for me.

Excellent Property

We had an amazing time staying here. The property was perfect for us and the location couldn't be beat. The property manager was kind and accommodating, and they even provided plenty of beach passes for our stay! We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great location; very clean

The house is in a great location and was a perfect size. Very clean. EJ the house mgr on site was very nice. No cable, no mention of beach badges coming with house (bought some and discovered them after the fact) and no note on fridge with instructions on how to work roku (no regular cable), where to find beach badges, garbage schedule etc. the bed in the MBR is only a FULL and is extremely uncomfortable and very noisy when you move. All beds are very uncomfortable. No outlets or shelving in bathrooms and no mirrors in 2 other bedrooms which makes for 3 teens to come into the MBR to use the mirror and outlets to use a hair dryer/makeup.

The Perfect Week

My Family had such an amazing time at this location. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. It is much bigger than it appears in the pics and everything in the house is brand new and freshly painted. It is a short walk to the beach and there was very little traffic on the street. The back yard area, bbq and outside shower were great too. Only issues was the bed in the master is only a full size, not a queen as noted in the listing. Everything else was perfect and we hope to stay there again next year.
